Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

 

At South Florida Heavy Equipment, all equipment sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances once a transaction is completed.

 

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

Inspection Responsibility

Buyers are responsible for inspecting equipment or requesting additional information before purchase. Equipment is sold “as-is, where-is”, with no warranties expressed or implied unless explicitly stated in writing.

 

Chargebacks

By completing a purchase, the buyer agrees not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for any reason.
